Refund Policy

The 30-day guarantee

Every digital product sold on neverbroke.life carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the material does not do what you bought it to do, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify the request or prove you completed the work.

Send your refund request to support@neverbroke.life from the email address you used at checkout, or reply directly to your order receipt. Include your order number if you have it. We respond within two business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money typically appears within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your license to use the product ends. Download links are deactivated and, where the purchase included access to the NeverBroke Life OS or any other online tool, that access is removed. Please delete any files you downloaded. Continuing to use or share material after a refund is a breach of our Terms of Service.

The one exception: The Comeback Kit PLR License

The Comeback Kit is sold with a private label rights (PLR) license that grants you the right to rebrand and resell the material. Because that license is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once issued, a Comeback Kit PLR License bought on its own is final sale and is not covered by the 30-day guarantee.

The Comeback Kit PLR License is also included in the Never Broke Master Bundle. The Master Bundle as a whole is covered by the 30-day guarantee. If you refund the Master Bundle, the PLR license that came with it is revoked along with the rest of your access, and you must stop using and stop selling any material you rebranded under it.

This is stated on the product page before you buy. If you have questions about what the license permits, email us before purchasing and we will answer them.

Duplicate and accidental charges

If you were charged twice for the same product, or bought something by mistake and have not downloaded it, email us and we will refund it right away. There is no time limit on genuine duplicate charges.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong with an order, please email us before disputing the charge with your bank. We would rather fix it directly and we almost always can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first results in permanent removal of access to all NeverBroke.Life products and tools associated with your account.

Changes

We may update this policy. The terms that apply to your order are the terms published on the date you purchased.
