NeverBroke.Life (“we”, “us”) is operated by Jarvis Lerouge in Florida, USA. This policy explains what we collect when you use neverbroke.life or app.neverbroke.life, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. Questions: support@neverbroke.life.
What we collect
When you buy something. Your name, email address, billing address, and the details of your order. Card numbers never touch our servers. Payment is processed by our payment provider, which handles your card data under its own privacy terms and returns only a confirmation and the last four digits to us.
When you take the free Core Four Audit. Your answers to the twenty audit questions, plus the name and email you enter to unlock your full results. We use your answers to generate your score and your recommended first move.
When you join the email list. Your email address, and the page or offer you signed up from.
When you use the NeverBroke Life OS. The email address and license key you use to activate the app. Your day-to-day entries — money moves, habits, tasks, meals, goals, and Core Four ratings — are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. If you create an encrypted backup, that file is yours to keep; we never see or store your backup password, so we could not access its contents even if we wanted to.
Automatically. Standard web log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics.
Why we use it
To deliver the products you bought and give you access to your downloads and tools. To send order receipts and account notices. To answer your support emails. To send marketing email if you opted in. To understand which pages and products work, so we can improve them. To detect fraud and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your audit answers or your Life OS entries with anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the business run: our website host, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job and is bound to protect it. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Marketing email
If you opted into our list, you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing support@neverbroke.life. Transactional messages — receipts, download links, account and refund notices — are not marketing and will still be sent while you have an active order or account.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, keep you logged in to your account, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may break the cart and account login. The NeverBroke Life OS app runs on its own domain and does not rely on these cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. We do not keep Life OS entries at all — that data stays on your device, not with us. Audit responses and mailing list data are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email support@neverbroke.life and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.
Children
Our products are built for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site and rely on established third-party providers for payment and hosting. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, notify our email list.
