These terms are the agreement between you and NeverBroke.Life, operated by Jarvis Lerouge in Florida, USA. By buying a product or using this site, the free Core Four Audit, or the NeverBroke Life OS, you agree to them. Questions: support@neverbroke.life.

We are not licensed financial advisors, accountants, attorneys, physicians, or therapists, and nothing we sell creates a professional relationship of that kind. Our material is general information, not a recommendation tailored to your situation. Before making a financial, legal, medical, or mental health decision, consult a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

We make no earnings claims and no guarantee of results. Nothing on this site promises that you will make money, save money, get out of debt, improve your health, or change any outcome in your life. What you get out of the material depends on your circumstances and what you actually do. Any example, figure, or story shown on this site illustrates what is possible, not what is typical or expected.

You are responsible for your own decisions and their consequences.

What you are buying

Our products are digital. Nothing physical ships. After a successful payment you receive access to your files or tools by email and through your account at neverbroke.life/my-account. If a download or access link has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email support@neverbroke.life and we will fix it.

Access to files and to the NeverBroke Life OS is provided for as long as we operate the service. If we ever discontinue a tool, we will give the email list notice and a way to export your data.

Your license to use the material

When you buy a standard product you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. You may print it and use it in your own life.

You may not resell it, give it away, upload it to a file-sharing or course platform, teach from it in a paid group or coaching program, or use it to create a competing product. The material, the Core Four framework, the site, and the NeverBroke.Life name and branding remain our property.

The Comeback Kit PLR License

The Comeback Kit is sold on its own, and it is also included in the Never Broke Master Bundle. It carries a private label rights license, which grants you the right to rebrand the material and use or resell it in your own coaching, group, or business. That license comes with its own written terms delivered at purchase, and those terms control what you may do with it. Bought on its own, a PLR license is final sale. Bought as part of the Master Bundle, it is covered by the bundle’s 30-day guarantee, but refunding the bundle revokes the license — see our Refund Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@neverbroke.life if you think someone else has access to it. Do not share your login. Accounts showing shared or automated access may be suspended.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site or the Life OS. Do not upload anything unlawful or malicious. Do not use our material to harass, defraud, or mislead anyone.

Refunds

Every standard product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. The full terms, including the PLR exception, are in our Refund Policy.

Suspension

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you breach these terms — in particular by redistributing the material or filing a chargeback without contacting us first.

Third-party services

The site relies on outside providers for payment, hosting, email, and analytics. We are not responsible for their systems or their outages, though we will do what we reasonably can to get you what you paid for.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost savings. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on the date you bought. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
